At the gateway to the Pyrenees, in a residential area of Villeneuve-de-Rivière, this recently built, single-story villa faces south, is very well-equipped and tastefully decorated.
Single-story cottage: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living and dining area (large 126cm diagonal LED TV), WC with washbasin, shower room (walk-in shower), hairdryer, hair straightener, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm wide), (1 double bed 140cm wide, TV in the bedroom), (1 double bed 140cm wide).
Heating via heat pump.
Outdoors
The 1000m² enclosed plot features attractive landscaping and two terraces, one covered and facing south with views of the Pyrenees mountain range, including the Pic du Gar and the Cagire, and the other facing north.
There is also a courtyard and a garage (with electric gates).
Location & surroundings
The villa is 2km from the Garonne River (a stop on the Via Garona hiking trail, part of the Way of St. James) and 5km from Saint-Gaudens (shops, restaurants, exhibition center, cinema).
Aspet (20km), Luchon (45km), and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (17km) are all within easy reach.
Hiking, activities, and sightseeing are available nearby: Gorges de la Save (swimming) 18km away, Montréjeau lake and golf course 10km away, Cardeilhac Arboretum Forest 11km away, Montmaurin Museum 15km away, and Bonnefont Abbey in Comminges 22km away.

Nous avons passé 2 bonnes semaines dans ce charmant gîte. Localisation au top, propre, terrasse agréable avec vue sur les Pyrénées. Le petit plus, la boulangerie juste à côté de la maison. Accueil super apprécié. Je recommande bien entendu ce gîte avec un super rapport qualité/prix.

Ce gîte porte très bien son nom ! C'est un vrai bonheur, l'accueil du propriétaire, la propreté du gîte, tout est parfait, vaisselle, nécessaire de cuisine... Tout y est ! Le terrain est très bien agencé et décoré, nous avons adoré. Et bien sûr, la vue sur la chaîne des Pyrénées ! Merci pour ce merveilleux Week-end !
