Less than 40 minutes by car from Toulouse, but also 20 km from the Canal du Midi, the Garonne river (Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle route), one of the most beautiful detours in France, Rieux-Volvestre and the Thésauque lake (swimming, pedal boats, inflatable games, etc.)!
This large property (former Royal Factory: sheet manufacturing) located in the center of Auterive contains a superb 1 hectare park with swimming pool, various games (swings, ping-pong, table football, children's cabin, etc.), plancha, barbecue.
The cottage, located in the old wine storehouse, has a modern layout and a private garden in the heart of the park for your comfort and privacy. Parking. Animals on site in enclosure (goats and poultry). Vegetable garden, orchard. Within the shared park, access via a private garden.
On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, pantry.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm) (2 single beds 90cm), shower room/WC.
Possibility to borrow board games and DVD player. Electric heating. Sheets included and beds made on arrival!

Un excellent séjour dans un bel endroit

Un grand merci à notre hôte Valerie et son marie qui sont très sympathiques, disponibles et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte avec un grand parc et une belle piscine. Par ailleurs, le gite est très bien équipé et franchement c’est le top.

Excellent séjour dans le gîte le Chai, où nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement était très propre, bien équipé, avec une literie confortable. Les animaux ont fait le bonheur de notre fils, tout comme la grande piscine. Le gîte est idéalement situé dans le centre d’Auterive, tout en étant vraiment calme. Merci encore à Valerie et à Christophe pour leur accueil.
