In the Larboust valley at an altitude of 1100m, very open to the panorama of the majestic 3000 of the Oô cirque, we are pleased to welcome you to our Pyrenean-style house. A sunny terrace and the large private garden invite you to spend beautiful days of relaxation, barbecue and other reunions with family or friends. In this mountain setting you can also opt for a more sporty holiday... in winter, the snow... skiing, snowshoeing and sledding nearby, you are halfway between the ski resorts of Peyragudes (6km, shuttle on site) and Luchon-Superbagnères (8km, Grand Site Occitanie with market, shops, restaurants, thermal baths, bike rental)... in summer with hiking, climbing, white water, paragliding, mountain biking... The border with Spain is 19km away. Antignac nautical base (rafting, canoeing, paintball) 12km away as well as the famous El Almacen restaurant in Cires. Pyrénées-Hô leisure and climbing park 26km away. Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (Grand Site Occitanie and favorite village of the French) 40km away. Montréjeau (train station, swimming lake) 42km away.
Gîte adjoining the owners' home, access to the ground floor of the gîte after a few steps via the private terrace (3 bedrooms, 2 sleeping areas and 5 beds):
- on the ground floor: living room (fireplace) with kitchen, sleeping area (2 single bunk beds 90*190cm), bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom + shower, separate toilet.
- upstairs: mezzanine with sofa bed for 2 people in 140*190cm, 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed in 140cm each), shower room/WC.
Electric heating included.
