You access the property via a driveway shared by the 3 houses in the co-ownership.

Then, you take around thirty steps to reach the main level of the house.


It is made up as follows: on the ground floor you will find an entrance hall with an open-plan kitchen, dining room and TV area. A beautiful terrace with sea view, table and deckchairs. Two bedrooms with double beds (140/190), one of which has a sea view. A shower room and WC, as well as separate WC.


Then you go upstairs, where you will enjoy a dressing room, a shower room, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, then a bedroom with a double bed.

Nota bene: the house is located close to the Route départementale. To leave the car park, reverse as it is impossible to turn around once parked.


The price does not include the hire of household linen or towels (prices on request depending on requirements).
