De locatie en het uitzicht zijn de beste punten van dit appartement.
Want hoewel gelegen op de 4e etage, zijn de trappen anderhalf keer zo hoog als normale trappen zodat je in wezen naar de 6e etage moet klimmen. Dit doordat alle appartementen een ingebouwde vide hebben.
