The house is located at the western end of Starigrad-Paklenica, with private beach, next to the sea, wonderfully quiet, below the road.
The description refers to the accommodation, which consists of two apartments, both with unobstructed sea views and large terraces.
Parking for 4-5 cars is available on the property.
The price applies to both apartments and there are no additional costs (except for animals).
The use of an anchorage (in front of the property), the barbecue house/grill (on the property), the pool, surfboards, 2 SUPs, a kayak and a bicycle (e.g. for shopping) is also included in the price.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.
In addition, you have the option of using a washing machine and dryer free of charge if you want to do some laundry in between. Please look at the sketches for the bed distribution (max. 16 people). The apartments have large terraces/balcony overlooking the sea. If you want seclusion and tranquility while bathing the private, concrete beach recommended, otherwise there is the possibility a public gravel / shingle beach in about 150 meters towards the center or the gravel beach at the "Velika Kula" (about 2, 5 km away) to use. In about 15-20 minutes the center can be reached via a footpath on the picturesque banks.
The walk can be achieved if you are on the main road running down to the sea after about 100 m.
Shops are plentiful.
Recommended are the fruit and vegetable stalls on the main street. The location of Starigrad is an excellent starting point for various excursions. National Park 'Krka' is about 90 km away (toward Sibenik and Split) and also the National Park 'Plitvice Lakes' (about 120 km) is very accessible and worth seeing of Starigrad. The National Park 'Kornati' can be visited by boat from Zadar (45 km).
In Zadar itself has the possibility archaeological sites to visit, shop and eat. On the jetty of the old city - Peninsula you can watch the 'Greeting to the Sun' (planetary system).
From the 'sea organ' can man jump into the sea. The 'Canyon of Zrmanja' can be explored by kayak (between 2 and 3 hours drive with guide).
It is a very impressive river landscape and it is possible in the river to bathe. 'Paklenica' and 'Velebit' are excellent for climbing (Different levels of difficulty) or hiking - tours suitable! Recommended for: adventure, experience, hiking, mountaineering (climbing) & Water.

Wir waren eine große Familie von 20 Personen, die die Zeit ihres Lebens auf dem Anwesen von Ivanka und Kruno hatten!
Das Haus hat einen direkten Zugang zum Meer.
Das Anwesen ist sehr durchdacht und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt.
