Located on the 2nd upper floor, this chic "HafenCity-Loft" has offered a fantastic view towards the Altstadthafen harbor since the summer of 2023.
Park directly next door in the comfortable parking garage at Fährwall 11, just 20 meters away. (Daily rate: €13 for 24 hours). There are no parking spaces available at the property.
In addition to a walk-in rain shower, washbasin, and toilet, the bathroom features a hairdryer and cosmetic mirror and is located directly next to the bedroom.
The bedroom contains two dressers and a large clothes rack with ample space for luggage for 2 people.
Nightstands, bedside lamps, and a large TV are available in the bedroom alongside a comfortable double bed. The kitchen impresses with its excellent amenities.
Besides a Nespresso capsule machine, oven, dishwasher, 2-field induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and wine fridge, other small appliances such as a kettle and toaster are also available.
Everything you need for a great cooking evening or a relaxed breakfast before a wonderful day trip is provided.
An innerspring mattress ensures adequate sleeping comfort even when an extra bed is made up in the living room.
Books, free internet, a large flat-screen TV, a sofa blanket, and lovely decorations ensure a pleasant stay. For our guests, the bed is freshly made upon arrival, and towel sets are provided for the booked number of people.
An initial supply of necessary kitchen utensils is also available. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Pets are very welcome in the vacation apartment.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar am Hafen und Morgens gibt es bei schönem Wetter einen herrlichen Sonnenaufgang. Die vielen kleinen und größeren Gaststätten, Fischbrötchen direkt vom Kutter, die Goch Vock vor der Tür und die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Stralsund, ist einfach schön.
Es sammelt sich sehr viel Staub während des Aufenthalts in der Wohnung an, es wäre gut das man einen Mob oder ähnliches hätte, der abgebildete Teppich scheint ja nicht mehr vorhanden zu sein, ein Staubsauger reicht da nicht. und eine Kurzbedienungsanleitung für ihre hochmodernen Smart TV wär auch schön. Ansonsten nur Daumen hoch !
