Located on the 1st floor, this chic 1-room apartment in the "HafenCity Stralsund" building offers the ideal starting point for explorations and excursions in Stralsund and the neighboring island of Rügen.
You can park your car right next door in the comfortable parking garage at Fährwall 11, 20 meters away (daily rate: €13 for 24 hours). There are no parking spaces available at the property.
The chic bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.
In the living/bedroom, there are two wardrobes with clothes rails and sufficient storage space for the luggage of 2 people.
Bedside lamps and a large TV are available in the living/bedroom, along with a comfortable double bed. Books, free internet, a large flat-screen TV, a sofa blanket, and great decoration ensure a pleasant stay in our HafenCity Apartment No. 8. The kitchen impresses with its excellent equipment. In addition to a Nespresso capsule machine, oven, dishwasher, 4-zone induction hob, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, other small appliances such as a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine are also available.
Everything is provided for a great cooking evening or a relaxed breakfast before a beautiful day trip. The bed is made upon arrival, and towel sets are provided in the number corresponding to the booked guests.
An initial supply of necessary kitchen utensils is also available.
Free Wi-Fi can be used in all rooms. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Pets are welcome in the vacation apartment.

Besonders hat uns die Sauberkeit und die gute Ausstattung der Küche gefallen.
Die Dusche müsste noch eine Abgrenzung haben,damit der Badboden nicht immer so feucht wird. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Ja, der Tisch in der Küche fiel fast auseinander, die Stühle sind unmöglich. Ich musste 6 Stunden am Rechner arbeiten, danach tat mir alles weh :-(
Die schwarzen Armaturen im Bad sehen ziemlich vergammelt aus.
Es fehlen Abstellmöglichkeiten und Steckdosen am Bett, Handy ladten etc.
Vorm Haus und im Hausflur sieht es ziemlich ungepflegt/dreckig aus.
