Located on the garden level of the owner's house, this studio apartment with a private entrance comprises: - Living room with sleeping area (1 double bed) and equipped kitchenette - Private terrace - Shower room - Separate WC Shared garden (parking for one vehicle only). Please respect the house rules regarding pets.
The main entrance is not fenced.
