Additional Information

The house heating is 25 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
Tourist Tax: €3 per day for the first 3 nights (excludes children under
3 years old). This is paid upon arrival in the local agent.
Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €50 per pet. This
is paid upon arrival in the local agent.
Sauna, a fee of €5 applies per use, payable in cash to the local agent
upon arrival.
The property features a heated Jacuzzi, this is available free of
charge.
Cot and Highchair : There is an extra fee of 3€ a day for each piece to
be paid cash on the spot to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
