Welcome to Simply The Bay - a stunning first floor apartment which is part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.
Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!
Decorated throughout in early 2026 to a high standard and featuring NEW bathroom, NEW kitchen, new furniture, carpets and bed this is a lovely apartment for a short or long break.
Off the hallway is a NEW family bathroom with shower over and a spacious bedroom with comfy king size bed, new carpets and smart tv and lots of storage.
In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, air-fryer and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks.
The dining area comfortably sits 4 at the circular table.
The lounge area features a large TV (SMART) with large comfy sofa (sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use by a third & fourth guest.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

We was impressed from the moment we pulled up, car space is tarmac now. \r\nAccess into the property can take wheelchair.\r\nAll bedrooms had en-suite, tv, and access to veranda.\r\nAll amenities close by, \r\nOnsite shop is dear but other shops nearby.\r\nPubs and restaurants in easy commute.

Amazing lodge with plenty of room for two of us with two dogs.\r\nThe lodge contains everything you need and more.\r\nCustomer service with anchor bay holidays is always first class.\r\nWe booked this again straight away and can’t wait to come back

Great little place, a real gem, spacious and well facilitated set within a secure gated section(fob access). Comfy with all the bedrooms en suite, great outdoor decked areas with furniture, has a really nice ambience.\r\nOnly slight observation wish the fob to that gate entry could be collected from reception.
