Holiday Home 'Meeresbrise' at Vogelpark Marlow
The family- and child-friendly holiday home (a single-storey corner bungalow), lovingly furnished, is located on the outskirts of the green town of Marlow, in close proximity to the well-known Vogelpark. A popular attraction that draws thousands of visitors to the town every year (2024: 280,000 visitors).
Centrally located between Rostock and Stralsund, it takes just 25 minutes by car from Marlow to reach the beautiful, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach (Ostseebad Dierhagen).
There are numerous leisure activities available in any weather (waterway area Marlow, Amber Museum Ribnitz-Damgarten, Karls Adventure Village in Rövershagen, Maritime Museum Stralsund, Ozeaneum Stralsund, Rostock Zoo, seaside resort Warnemünde, Salt Museum Bad Sülze).
Marlow lies west of the Recknitz River at the transition from the lower Recknitz Valley to the hills of a terminal moraine. The river valley is a designated nature reserve ("Unteres Recknitztal"). The Amber Town of Ribnitz-Damgarten is just 15 km away.
The exquisitely furnished holiday home offers 120 m² of living space and sits on a 700 m² plot. It includes a spacious living room with an adjoining open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a large bathroom with underfloor heating, a guest WC, a utility room, a terrace, a carport and an additional parking space – comfortably accommodating up to six people. The living room and bedrooms are fitted with parquet flooring, while the hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and utility room are tiled.
There is an 11 kW wallbox available for charging electric vehicles.
