Located in the heart of the Aspres countryside, this comfortable gîte welcomes you to Corbère in a peaceful setting surrounded by organically farmed vineyards.
Nestled between sun-drenched hills, typical Catalan villages, and a rich heritage, the accommodation boasts an ideal location for exploring the Pyrénées-Orientales and enjoying a rejuvenating stay. Nature lovers will find a true playground here: hiking trails winding through scrubland, pine forests, and vineyards; cycling routes; and viewpoints offering stunning panoramas of the Canigou massif.
The surrounding vineyards invite you to discover the Catalan terroir and its winemaking expertise, while the listed villages offer a remarkable heritage with their cobbled streets, Romanesque churches, and historic buildings.
The area also offers numerous cultural attractions: iconic sites of the Catalan Country, fortified monuments, museums, castles, and abbeys.
Wellness enthusiasts can enjoy the region's renowned thermal spas, ideal for a relaxing break. The cottage is part of a family estate that includes, in the opposite wing, the home of the owners' son, a winemaker, separated by the wine cellar.
Upon request, you can visit the estate, discover the secrets of winemaking, and participate in a friendly tasting. The property offers a large, unfenced garden, landscaped with trees and flowers, perfect for relaxation.
