The Casa Saskia is a tastefully decorated 95m² single-storey house with a beautiful view of the avocado orchards, the sea and the north coast of Tenerife.

The Casa Saskia is located on a 20,000 m² estate where even wine is cultivated.

The house has a large living room with an open kitchen.

The living room has a dining table which is equipped for 4 people with chairs, a sofa set and satellite TV.

The sectional sofa can be converted into a sleeping space, so a third person has a good sleep comfort, too.

The modern kitchen is well equipped.

It offers a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine choice (filter, Nespresso, Senseo) and a kettle.

So it's taken care of everything, what your heart desires.

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wash basin, bathrobes and a hair dryer.

The bedroom consists of two lying together single beds (1,9m x 1m) and has duvets.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, chairs, umbrellas and a private BBQ area and promises you a wonderful view and long evenings.

Furthermore, there is a community pool (8.5mx 3.5m), which is heated in winter.

Pool towels are naturally available naturally.

The house has a centrally controlled heating and Wifi.

The Casa Saskia is cleaned 2x per week and there is a weekly linen service.

The towels are available as needed.

Furthermore there is a washing machine for common use.
