The "Le Grand Pozoir" gîte is a comfortable accommodation for 6 people located on the upper floor of the house (a second gîte is on the ground floor). First floor (accessed via a separate external staircase): - A beautiful living area with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, 3-zone induction hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.), - Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190 cm), - A separate shower room (shower, sink), - A separate toilet, - Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190 cm) and its own private shower room and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor (open to the staircase): - A third sleeping area with two single beds (90x190cm) under a sloping ceiling. Exterior: It has a separate entrance via an external staircase from the courtyard and is equipped with a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue near a stream. [Second gîte for 4/6 people on the ground floor: "Le Petit Pozoir" Gîte] Private terrace for each gîte, shared garden, and private parking in front of the property. An internal staircase connects the two gîtes and is secured by a lockable door. A 34m² room for 30 people is available on site. [i] All-inclusive rate: bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival, towels provided, and heating included.
