In this holiday home with a garden in Caldaro, six people can stay.

Spread over two floors, the house features three bedrooms, a traditional "Stube" (living room) with a sofa and corner bench, a kitchen with an integrated dining area, two toilets, and a large bathroom.

Additionally, there is a south-facing balcony and, as the highlight, an outdoor area with a jacuzzi, which you can use during the summer months! The town center is reachable in 5-10 minutes, and the bus that goes to Bolzano, the Mendola cable car, or the lake stops near the house.

If you arrive with multiple cars, there's no problem: you'll find private parking behind the house gate and additional free public parking right next door. An entire house for the whole family with a jacuzzi and terrace.

Our holiday home "La Casa" is located on Rebschul street in Caldaro and is strategically situated.

A bakery, bus connections, and restaurants are right next door.

The center of the wine village of Caldaro is also just a 5-minute walk away. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is only permitted with written confirmation from MUSE.office.

Without such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For bookings made on the same day as arrival, check-in is only permitted from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties accept pets.

Guests must inform MUSE.holiday via a separate email if they intend to bring pets.

Where permitted, a fee of €15.00 per animal per night applies. Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request at an additional cost and must be booked in advance. Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is possible only if notified by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is subject to the presentation of required documentation and payment of tourist tax and any extras via credit card. Use of Heating and Air Conditioning (If Available): Heating operates from October to April but will not be activated if outside temperatures exceed 15°C or if indoor temperatures reach or exceed 21°C.

Air conditioning operates from June to September but will not be activated if outside temperatures drop below 25°C or if indoor temperatures reach or drop below 23°C. Charging of Electric Vehicles: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the property listing.

Where permitted, reconfirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional costs may apply. Charges for Energy Waste: Unnecessary use of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or using heating with open windows, will incur additional charges. Ventilation Requirement: Guests must ventilate the apartment twice a day (morning and evening) for at least five minutes each time to prevent humidity build-up and mold formation.

Failure to comply with this rule will result in charges for mold removal if detected upon departure. Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, the Wi-Fi service may be intermittent or slow, and a continuous connection cannot be guaranteed. Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap.

Any items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay. Payments at Check-In: Guests are required to pay the tourist tax and provide a pre-authorization for a security deposit of €500 via credit card upon check-in. Final Cleaning: Final cleaning fees cover standard cleaning only.

Guests are responsible for washing dishes and disposing of waste at designated collection points.

Additional charges will be applied for excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, or unremoved trash, based on the hours of work required. By confirming the booking, guests accept these terms and conditions.
