The modern flat has an open bedroom with kingsize bed, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, SMART TV, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer. For your car there is also a space available in the 'Trutsch' car park. Since the flat is accessible by code, you can check-in 24 hours a day.


The flat is located in the historic heart of Kaltern. Enjoy your free time in the Goldgasse. Near the accommodation you will find restaurants, various shops, a bus stop and a grocery shop. Guests can use the nearby car park free of charge.


Hours of Service: Night service is not guaranteed between 7pm and 8am.

Late Check-Out: Late check-out is only possible with written confirmation from MUSE.office. In the absence of such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.

Same-day bookings: For bookings made on the same day of arrival, check-in is only permitted from 17:00.

Pets: Not all facilities accept pets. Guests must inform MUSE.holiday via a separate email if they intend to bring pets. Where permitted, a fee of €15.00 per animal per night will be charged.

Cot, high chair and bed rail: These items are available on request at an additional cost and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 19:00: Late check-in is only possible if notified by 18:00 on the day of arrival and is subject to presentation of the required documentation and payment of the tax and any extras by credit card.

Use of heating and air conditioning (If available): Heating is operational from October to April, but will not be activated if outside temperatures exceed 15°C or if indoor temperatures reach or exceed 21°C. Air conditioning is operational from June to September, but will not be activated if outside temperatures fall below 25°C or if inside temperatures reach or fall below 23°C.

Electric vehicle charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless explicitly permitted in the property announcement. Where permitted, a reconfirmation from MUSE.holiday is required and additional charges may apply.

Waste of energy charges: Unnecessary use of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or using the heating with open windows, will result in additional charges.

Ventilation requirement: Guests must ventilate the flat twice a day (morning and evening) for at least five minutes each time to prevent moisture build-up and mould. Failure to comply with this rule will result in charges for the removal of mould if detected on departure.

Wi-Fi Service: Due to the geographical location of the property, Wi-Fi service may be intermittent or slow and continuous connection cannot be guaranteed.

Consumables: The property is not stocked with consumables such as spices, shampoo or soap. Any items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.

Payments at Check-In: Guests are required to pay tax and provide prior authorisation for a security deposit of €500 via credit card at check-in.

Final cleaning: Final cleaning fees cover standard cleaning only. Guests are responsible for dishwashing and waste disposal at designated collection points. Additional charges will be applied for excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes or waste not removed, based on the number of hours required.
