The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 60 m² living area with sofas and a TV - A fitted kitchen comprising: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, as well as a dining area with a table and chairs for your social gatherings. - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A second bedroom with two single beds - A shower room with shower, washbasin unit and toilet - A bathroom with bath, double washbasin and toilet - A separate toilet The bedrooms, accessed via a corridor, are well soundproofed for optimal comfort. For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, and an ironing board. Outdoors: - The lush terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a table, as well as access to the hot tub (for 6 people), which can be used all year round, perfectly complement this experience under the Côte d’Azur sun. L'accueil avec la gentillesse de M.et Mme CAZAL, la propreté, le choix des différents éléments ainsi que la décoration du logement. Un petit plus le jacuzzi, le garage pour la voiture et bien entendu le soleil.

Très bel appartement avec tous le confort!
Mais malheureusement il n‘est pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou en fauteuil roulant ! Il y a beaucoup d‘escaliers pour arriver à l‘appartement.
