We were overcharged by VRBO. There was no hot water on multiple occasions, the staff wasn’t very friendly at the reception, but the kids club and cafe staff were nice. The location is great too.
The cleaning staff wasn’t very reliable and barely ever properly cleaned the rooms which is unusual for a hotel.
