Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 60 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Dénezé-sous-Doué, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
On 2 levels, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: First floor: - A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, armchair and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living area, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Second floor: - A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 120 m² shared terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A shared spa - A 400 m² shared garden, fully enclosed The flat is ideally located in Dénezé-sous-Doué, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard (up to 4 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Angers, about 45 km away - Nearest airport: Angers, approx. 48 km away Other information : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It has been renovated and restored with much passion and attention to detail. Beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The garden and terrace are fabulous, and our hosts were so welcoming. Thank you.

Le gîte est tout simplement parfait. Les extérieurs sont très beau et il y avait même le jacuzzi. Il y a de nombreuses activités tout autour.
Et les hôtes sont tres prévenant.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisirs.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Christine et Pascal qui sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Le logement est décoré avec goût, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous sommes venus avec un enfant de 3 mois et nos hôtes avaient tout prévu en conséquence.
