The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, to prepare delicious meals on your own. From here, there is direct access to the private garden, a fully enclosed outdoor area furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing, dining al fresco or enjoying quiet moments. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, dedicated to the sleeping area. Here you will find three cosy and well-furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and direct access to a private terrace, ideal for starting the day with an al fresco breakfast or admiring the sunset. The other two rooms, both with a single bed and wardrobe, are perfect for children or guests and one of them also has access to the terrace. The floor is completed by a modern bathroom with a large shower. A second bathroom, also with shower, is located on the ground floor for maximum comfort.

The property also includes a delightful habitable tavern located in the basement. This additional space is furnished with a kitchenette, a cosy seating area and a third bathroom complete with shower, making it a perfect solution for those seeking greater independence or wishing to use this area as a relaxation zone.

Renowned tourist centre, particularly popular with young people for its summer nightlife, San Teodoro also boasts unmissable coastal pearls such as La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Girgolu and Capo Coda Cavallo. The spectacle of San Teodoro's coastline is completed by its lagoon, a stopover point for pink flamingos during migratory periods and an ideal place for walking and birdwatching. Known in Gallura as Santu Diàdoru, it also hosts not-to-be-missed events such as the patron saint's festival and the one called Lu Fuculoni, during which the population gathers around bonfires in honour of Saint Anthony Abbot.

To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle.
