Enjoy summer evenings with your loved ones on the beautiful terrace of the house, having a good barbecue and sharing a bottle of wine. At the back of the house there is a garden. From 1 June until 30 September, our guests can enjoy a private, elevated, removable chlorine swimming pool (photo to be provided soon)



As you enter, you find yourself in the living-dining room with open plan kitchen, including induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, cooking utensils and dishwasher. The air-conditioned living room area invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa, watching a movie. The owners have lovingly renovated this house, preserving elements of the old property such as the old door frame or the natural stone walls. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and open wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A modern staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning and two more bathrooms with shower. A cot and high chair are available on request. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV and Wifi for teleworking complete the equipment of this beautiful home. Two bicycles are available on request as well as a welcome pack.



The villa is located just a few kilometres from Lovios, where you will find restaurants and a grocery shop. A Repsol petrol station is a 5-minute drive away. It is part of the Baixa Limia-Serra do Xurés Natural Park, a paradise for hikers and nature lovers, e.g. the waterfalls of Corga da Fecha or the thermal baths of Bande, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Another highlight is the Portela do Home, an ancient Roman road that still preserves historical milestones. From Lovios it is easy to visit nearby towns such as Ourense, and its local gastronomy offers a delicious sample of Galician cuisine. It is also possible to go on equestrian routes.
