3km north of the small village of Saint-Agnan-en-Vercors, it is in a small quiet hamlet that Bruno's house is revealed, which includes 2 gîtes.
Space and comfort for this pleasant and functional gîte.
The gîte is arranged on 2 levels.
Upstairs (15 steps): the shaded terrace (20m²) facing East overlooks the living room of almost 40m², shower room, separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (140x190) (3x90x190 including 1 bunk bed).
For your exclusive use: terrace, 1 parking space.
Switch to off mode for the holidays! We don't have a TV, you will enjoy a peaceful pace.
In the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, close to the Hauts Plateaux, the location is privileged, just 1h30 from Grenoble and 2h from Lyon.
For skiers, you are located at the crossroads of the Col de Rousset, Font d'Urle, Herbouilly resorts and 30km from Villard-de-Lans.
Depending on the season and your desires: cross-country/downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, biathlon, caving, canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, Vercors golf club (9 holes), magnificent caves (La Luire, La Draye Blanche, Choranche), historical sites and specialties: ravioles, Vercors blue cheese, trout, clairette de Die, walnuts.
All year round, the cottage is the ideal base camp to plan your excursions in a bubble of nature that will disorient young and old.
In the village: bakery, restaurants, bank.
The extra thing? Bruno knows his region wonderfully and will be able to give you advice tailored to your desires, particularly on the many walks and hikes possible in the Vercors.
