The ground floor bedroom offers a double bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with its own bathroom and direct access to the beautiful pool of 38 m2 (width 4.20 m, length 8.60 m, depth 1.40 m).
There is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor.
Stepping out onto the terrace, you will find an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a barbecue with an outdoor kitchen, and private parking.
On the first floor, there is a cozy living room, a modern kitchen with an island, and two bathrooms.
