The garden is laid out with

The first, measuring 120 m2, faces the swimming pool and gives access to the kitchen. It is shaded by a shade curtain and has a table and chairs that can seat up to 12 people.
The second, which adjoins the pavilion facing the pool, has a Jacuzzi (activated on request at extra cost) and a PELLETS barbecue (runs on wood pellets supplied to tenants and can be activated remotely).
The third terrace welcomes you on arrival and has a direct entrance into the largest of the living rooms.
This terrace is beautifully illuminated in the evening.
A heated infinity pool with a pretty fountain (15 m x 4 m - depth: 1.40 m + 2 immersed beaches) accessible by steps, with an alarm-type security system, self-cleaning, in use from 15 March to 2 November.
A parking area with 2 charging points for electric cars.
A ramp for people with reduced mobility allows access to the house from the garden.

Access to the garden and swimming pool is via a French window from the kitchen.
A first living room of 100 m2, air-conditioned with a sofa set and a dining area that can seat 12 people.
A second living room of 45 m2, air-conditioned and separated from the rest of the house by a French window, comprising on the ground floor: a set of sofas, television, fireplace (insert), table football, and on the first floor: a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a shower room (2 basins and shower cubicle with the option of activating the hydro-jet massage function).
The bedroom has no door. A wooden staircase separates the living room from the bedroom.
