A pool house with a hob, a plancha grill, and garden furniture. A 90 m² terrace, shaded on the south side by a beautiful pergola, with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. INTERIOR This Provençal farmhouse in the Luberon has a living area of 190 m² spread over two levels.
It is tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings. GROUND FLOOR: A 10 m² kitchen equipped with an American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a ceramic hob. A 5 m² pantry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A 40 m² living room with television and satellite channels, a Hi-Fi system, a DVD and Blu-Ray player, and a fireplace. Open plan kitchen, diner, sitting room was ideal for our family as we had young children with us. Four bedrooms on ground floor and one up a spiral staircase. The outdoor area was great with good dining area and lots of different areas to sit in. Large grassed area which was good for the young children in our party
