The gîte has a private garden at the front of the rental property, with a shaded terrace (30 m²) fitted with garden furniture and deckchairs.


The gîte is adjoined to the owners' house, out of sight.


It is set in the heart of 4000 m² of wooded parkland.


A swimming pool is also available (10x5, 1.60 m deep, protection system with barrier and alarm, in operation from 01/06 to 26/10)


It is to be shared with the owners.

1 bedroom (20 m²) with a 140 double bed. One (32 m²) mezzanine with 2 single beds, opening onto the living room.

Washroom with 1 basin, shower and WC, washing machine.

Fixed rate of €80/week for all hybrid or electric vehicles

Maximum occupancy: 3 people.
