This pretty holiday rental for 3 people is located in the countryside of the village of ROUSSILLON, in the LUBERON Natural Park (Vaucluse), about 1.5 km from the village centre and shops.

Next door to the owners' house but totally unspoilt, this location guarantees your peace and quiet.
A beautiful, secure swimming pool (10x5 m, 1.60 m deep), to be shared with the owners, is also at your disposal, open from 1 June to 26 October, so you can enjoy the pleasures of the water in complete peace of mind
This village is very well known for its unique colours and its dominant position, which gives you a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The narrow streets are astonishing.

A swimming pool is also available (10x5, 1.60 m deep, protection system with barrier and alarm, in operation from 01/06 to 26/10)
It is to be shared with the owners.

LIVING ROOM (30 m²) equipped with a fireplace, TV with CABLE FOREIGN channels and Internet connection.
Fitted and equipped kitchen area (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob).
2 BEDROOMS:
1 bedroom (20 m²) with a 140 double bed. One (32 m²) mezzanine with 2 single beds, opening onto the living room.
Washroom with 1 basin, shower and WC, washing machine.
Decoration deposit: €500;
Cleaning charge: €70
Fixed rate of €80/week for all hybrid or electric vehicles
Maximum occupancy: 3 people.
Pets not accepted.
Linen included (sheets, tablecloths and tea towels).
A high chair and cot on request.
Bicycles for hire.
