A separate toilet with a washbasin. 1ST FLOOR: 1 bedroom (12 m²) with a 140 cm double bed and its adjoining shower room (shower, 1 sink, and toilet). 1 bedroom (11.5 m²) with two 90 cm beds. A shower room on the landing of the second bedroom with a shower, 1 sink, and toilet. Maximum sleeping capacity: 6 people. End-of-stay cleaning: €80. Bed linen, kitchen towels, tablecloths, and bath/toilet towels are included.
You will need to bring your own pool towels. Deposit: €300. Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €35 per animal. Electricity is extra according to meter readings in low season (from the second half of September to the second week of June inclusive). Tourist tax according to the current rate. ECO-FRIENDLY GESTURES The owners sort their waste. The owners use low-energy light bulbs. ACCESSIBILITY This rental is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
