INTERIOR This pleasant holiday rental with a pool in Mouriès in the Alpilles has a living area of 130 m².
It is all on one level and offers great comfort. - An independent kitchen (13 m²) fully equipped (filter coffee maker, NESPRESSO coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, toaster). - A pantry (5 m²) with a washing machine. - A living room (45 m²) with a TV area featuring TNT (digital terrestrial television) and a dining area.
Internet connection. - 1 separate toilet with a small sink. - 1 bedroom (14.5 m²) with a 160 cm double bed and an adjoining shower room (a shower and a sink). - 1 bedroom (15 m²) with a 140 cm double bed and an adjoining bathroom (a bathtub and two sinks). - 1 separate toilet. Maximum sleeping capacity: 4 people. Linen is not included and not available for rent. Pets are allowed upon request.
A supplement of €35 per animal applies. Electricity is charged based on consumption during the very low season. End-of-stay cleaning: €130. Security deposit: €500. Tourist tax is charged according to the current rate. ECO-GESTURE The owners use low-energy light bulbs for energy management and have installed an outdoor presence detection system.
The garden features only local plant species, and eco-labeled cleaning products are used.
For garden maintenance, watering is done only in the morning and evening, with an automatic nighttime irrigation system. ACCESSIBILITY The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Dommage que la maison ne soit pas équipée de moustiquaire, sinon rien à reprocher sauf la communication avec l'agence qui laisse à désirer quand on rencontre un problème, problème causé par un de leur employé de surcroît.
