Prepare for an unforgettable experience in the heart of this Provençal region. EXTERIOR This pleasant farmhouse with a pool is divided into 2 independent accommodations in the heart of a lovely landscaped garden with olive trees.
The unfenced grounds cover 3000 m².
It includes: - A private terrace in the courtyard of 150 m², overlooking the living areas, with a plancha, garden furniture, and dining table. - A large shared swimming pool (11x4.5 m, depth from 1.40 m to 2.20 m, secured by an electric roller shutter, with steps for access) available from early May to late September, until 7 PM daily. - A relaxation area with sun loungers around the pool, dedicated to tenants. - 2 outdoor parking spaces. INTERIOR Ground floor: Cozy living room (20 m²) with television, DVD player, Hi-Fi system, and internet access.
Storage room with washing machine.
An independent bedroom (12 m²) with a ceiling fan, accessed from the outside, equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room (sink, shower, and WC). First floor (accessed from the exterior courtyard): Spacious kitchen, air-conditioned upon request (17 m²), fully equipped: refrigerator, ceramic and gas hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker.
It opens onto a bright dining room (21 m²).
An air-conditioned bedroom, upon request (13 m²), with a double bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (sink, bathtub, shower).
Separate WC. Important: Access to the first floor and the second bedroom is through the exterior courtyard. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning: €140. For stays longer than one week, additional cleaning can be arranged for Fridays upon request. Air conditioning option: €5 per day for activation. Security deposit: €500. Internet access. No pets allowed. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Tourist tax according to the current rate. ECO-GESTURE The owners use organic and local produce.
For exterior lighting, they use a motion detector system and LED lights.
They have installed thermally insulated windows.
The owners use only local plant species and water only in the morning and evening. ACCESSIBILITY The living areas of this rental are located on the first floor and are therefore not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Ne pas hésiter, la location est parfaite. Extrêmement bien située, proche de nombreux sites à visiter, les Baux de Provence, St Rémi de Provence, les marchés. De plus, pas très éloignée d'Avignon.

Der Check-Un hat problemlos funktioniert, wir haben uns vorher telefonisch angemeldet.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es wäre allerdings schön gewesen, wenn mehr Spülmaschinentaps zur Verfügung gestellt würden, ebenso Handseife.
