Cave house with over 300 years of history.
This charming rural house is ideal for creating great moments with family or large groups. If you are looking for something different, to disconnect in a rural environment, connected with the peace of nature, away from the urban setting and city stress, or to share quiet days with family and friends by a barbecue, we await you. This large, recently renovated 18th-century cave house is located in Lomo de Mena, a village within the municipality of Güímar. It has private parking for up to 4 cars, two terraces, 2 kitchens, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms, allowing for a maximum capacity of 9 people.
My favorite spot is undoubtedly the enormous cave-style living-dining room-kitchen, perfect for creating lasting family memories in an exclusive place steeped in history.
I assure you that this home will amaze you. The house has a back door that will allow you to discover gardening and cultivation areas. The accommodation is located in Lomo de Mena, within the municipality of Güímar, a quiet area with beautiful views, ideal for rest and privacy, and for hiking enthusiasts.
With private parking within the property, 12 minutes from the beach by car and a 7-minute walk to the bus stop, with the possibility of traveling to any corner of the island. The house has a back door that will allow you to discover gardening and cultivation areas, and with direct access to a municipal sports court, ideal for children to play or engage in sports.
It is located between the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and the main tourist areas of the island (El Médano, Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje), allowing you to quickly travel anywhere.
We also have a bus stop just 450 meters away (about a 7-minute walk), so the house is also suitable for those travelers who do not plan to rent a car. We have a sports court just a few meters away for the youngest members of the family to play in a safe place.
