This charming rural house is ideal for creating great memories with family or large groups.
If you are looking for something different, to disconnect in a rural atmosphere, connected with the peace of nature, away from urban surroundings and city stress, or to share quiet days with family and friends by a barbecue, we await you.
This large, recently renovated 18th-century cave house is located in Lomo de Mena, a village within the municipality of Güimar.
It has private parking for up to 4 cars, two terraces, 2 kitchens, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, 2 living rooms, and 4 bedrooms, allowing a maximum capacity of 9 people.
My favorite spot without a doubt is the enormous cave-style living/dining room and kitchen, ideal for creating great family memories in an exclusive location steeped in history.
I assure you that this dwelling will amaze you.
The house has a back door that will allow you to discover gardening and cultivation areas.
The accommodation is located in Lomo de Mena, part of the municipality of Güimar, a quiet area with beautiful views, ideal for rest and privacy and for hiking enthusiasts.
With private parking within the property, 12 minutes from the beach by car, and a 7-minute walk to the bus stop, with the possibility of traveling to any corner of the island.
The house has a back door that will allow you to discover gardening and cultivation areas, and direct access to a municipal sports court, ideal for children to play or practice sports.
It is located between the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and the main tourist areas of the island (El Médano, Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje), allowing you to travel quickly to any location.
