This remodeled house has 3 bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 6 people, 1 bathroom, independent kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes. The terrace is perfect, it has a lot of privacy, a unique place where you can sunbathe or enjoy a romantic evening where the sea meets the stars.

The accommodation is located in a privileged area, isolated and away from mass tourism, full of peace and harmony with nature, mainly the sea and landscapes that you will never forget. It is ideal to escape from the stress of the city and share with your loved ones, in which it will be essential to come in your own vehicle. And if you don't like walking I recommend a 4x4. Otherwise you will have to park about 400 meters from the house and walk (5 minutes approximately)



The entrance to this accommodation will be autonomous, we will leave the keys in a safe and you will be provided with the access code after completing the online check-in days prior to your arrival. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by telephone, if it is necessary for a person to come to the accommodation we can also arrange this, although for everyone's safety we try to avoid personal contact as much as possible, we understand that sometimes it cannot be avoided.


The location of the house is in El Caleton, a very quiet fishing village, in La Matanza de Acentejo. The house is on the sea front and close to a natural swimming pool, which will allow you to swim, provided there is good weather and it is safe. Please do not go into the sea if it is rough, as it can be very dangerous. You can also fish from a pier that is very close to the house. Please note that this house is practically built on the sea, and by staying here you will have all the good and bad that goes with it. Here you will hear the sea day and night, the tide rises and falls, sometimes you can swim in the sea and sometimes you can just watch it. The sunsets are incredible here.



The house is located in such a unique place that it is essential to come with a car, and if it is a 4x4, the better, as that will allow you to park right next to the house, otherwise you would have to park a little further away and walk about 400 meters, so consider renting an SUV that has 4X4.
