This remodeled house has 3 bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 6 people, 1 bathroom, and an independent kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes.
The terrace is perfect, very private, and a unique place where you can sunbathe or enjoy a romantic evening where the sea meets the stars.
You have to experience being here! The accommodation is located in a privileged area, isolated and far from mass tourism, filled with peace and harmony with nature, especially the sea and landscapes you will never forget.
It is ideal for escaping the stress of the city and sharing with your loved ones.
It is essential to come with your own vehicle.
If you don't like walking, I recommend a 4x4.
Otherwise, you will have to park about 400 meters from the house and walk the rest of the way (approximately 5 minutes).
Check-in will be autonomous; we will leave the keys in a safe box, and you will be provided with the access code after completing the online check-in a few days before your arrival.
We will always be available digitally or by phone.
If a person needs to come to the accommodation, we can also arrange that, although for everyone's safety, we try to avoid personal contact as much as possible; we understand that sometimes it cannot be avoided. The house is located in El Caletón, a very quiet fishing village in La Matanza de Acentejo.
The house is right in front of the sea and near a natural swimming pool, allowing you to swim, provided the weather is good and it is safe.
Please do not go into the sea if it is rough, as it can be very dangerous.
You can even fish from a nearby pier.
Keep in mind that this house is built practically over the sea, and staying here means you will experience all the good and bad that comes with it.
Here you will hear the sea day and night, the tide will rise and fall, sometimes you can swim in the sea, and other times you will simply have to contemplate it.
The sunsets here are incredible. The property is in such a unique location that it is essential to come by car, and a 4x4 is even better, as it will allow you to park right next to the house.
Otherwise, you would have to park a little further away and walk about 400 meters.
So, consider renting an all-terrain vehicle with 4x4 capabilities.

Kleines Haus mit wunderschöner Terrasse

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Haus! Die Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft – mit einem einzigartigen Meerblick. Wir haben dort viele schöne Tage und Abende verbracht und oft gegrillt. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der Weg zum Haus ist nicht ganz kinderwagen- und seniorenfreundlich, das sollte man vielleicht in der Beschreibung erwähnen. Für uns war es aber ein schöner Spaziergang, den wir jeden Tag zum Auto gemacht haben.
