This newly renovated country house is located in Lomo de Mena, a village from the municipality of Güimar. It has 1 bedroom although it has a large sofa bed in the living room, which allows a maximum capacity of 4 people.

The natural light in the house is infinite, with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Fully equipped open kitchen, a large bathroom, and a huge terrace, ideal for sharing a barbecue day with your loved ones or catching some rays on the solarium.



The house has a back door which will allow you to discover gardening and cultivation areas and a sports court where children can play safely.



The entrance to the property is autonomous, we will leave the keys in a safety deposit box and we will leave you the access code the day of your arrival, after having completed the online check in.



The accommodation is located in Lomo de Mena, from the municipality of Güimar, a quiet area with beautiful views, ideal for relaxation and privacy. With private parking inside the property, 7 minutes walk from the bus stop, with the possibility of moving to any corner of the island.



The property is located between the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), and the main tourist areas of the island (El Médano, Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje), with which, you can quickly transport you to anywhere. We also have a bus stop only 450 metres away (about 7 minutes walk), so the house is also suitable for those travellers who do not plan to rent a car.
