Holiday apartment near the beach for 2 (-4) people in the south-east of Sardinia, near Cagliari, half an hour from the airport and the port of Cagliari, in a very quiet villa development on the outskirts of Quartu Sant'Elena.
The highlight of the apartment is the fantastic view from the garden, the terraces and the living room over the entire Gulf of Cagliari to the opposite coast with the Sulcis Natural Park: a magnificent view of the deep blue sea with the rocks of Capo Elia, the "Devil's Pass" and of Cagliari, the white city with its 7 hills, including the old town and the castle. The beautiful evening sunsets in such a setting are simply unforgettable.
You live in a very quiet location, without transit traffic, with views of the sea and the landscape, but you are just a few minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in south-east Sardinia, the famous urban beach of Poetto and the historic centre or the vibrant nightlife of Cagliari.
The apartment offers
a spacious and bright living space with high-end equipment,
a fully equipped kitchen area with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge-freezer
a bedroom with a double bed,
a sofa bed in the living room
a bathroom with shower,
a washing machine,
a private terrace with a gas barbecue and a great view.
Access is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility, because the house is located on a slope. The apartment is accessed by stairs (about 40 steps).

We had an amazing stay at Gabriele’s villa. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was enjoying the magic sunset from the terrace – truly unforgettable. Gabriele is a wonderful host, always helpful and welcoming. We would definitely love to come back!
