From this area, direct access to the outdoor space is possible, creating a harmonious connection between the indoors and outdoors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both comfortable and well-decorated.
On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet, ensuring comfort and convenience. The master suite is located on the first floor, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering complete privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen integrates seamlessly with the other areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay. Outside, the villa features a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (pool heating available at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. A space with a BBQ and a dining table invites relaxed outdoor moments, while the foosball table guarantees fun for all ages. With a privileged location near Albufeira's beaches and attractions, Villa Aqua 3 is the perfect setting for a memorable Algarve holiday, combining rest, fun, and the best of the Algarvian lifestyle. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before making a reservation to confirm if the dates can be accepted. For your convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Groups Deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests. However, it is possible to accommodate an additional 2 guests, who will be placed in extra beds. According to current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
