From this area, you can directly access the outdoor space, creating a harmonious connection between indoors and outdoors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both comfortable and well-decorated.
This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional WC, ensuring comfort and practicality. The master suite is located on the first floor, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering complete privacy and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the rest of the living areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay. Outside, the villa boasts a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (heated at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. A space with a BBQ and dining table invites relaxed outdoor moments, while the foosball table guarantees fun for all ages. With a prime location close to Albufeira's beaches and attractions, Villa Aqua 3 is the perfect setting for a memorable holiday in the Algarve, combining relaxation, fun, and the best of the Algarvian lifestyle. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This is a self-catered property.
For added convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always an asset for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group Deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests. However, it is possible to accept an additional 4 guests, who will be accommodated on extra beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
