Just steps away from the magnificent Pianotta beach, with its crystal-clear waters gently caressing the golden sand, and surrounded by a myriad of services, restaurants, and bars, the apartment offers an authentic and unparalleled living experience.
And if the desire to explore the surroundings arises, nothing is more convenient than the private garage located in the heart of the city, available upon request along with the apartment.

The property consists of an entrance, a living room with a kitchenette and a small, un-equipped terrace, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom with a second balcony, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
Additionally, a fold-out bed is available for extra guests, such as a child.
Important Notes: Arrival: from 16:00 to 19:00.
Arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with a supplement of €40.
Departure: by 09:00.
Bedding: Bed and bath linen are not included but can be rented upon request at a cost of €40 for the double bed and €20 for the single bed, to be requested 7 days before arrival.
Linen can only be picked up at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
