The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 2,150 square feet, and room for up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 70 m² living room with TV - Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 6-burner hob, filter coffee maker.... - Five bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190), 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Three bathrooms with showers, each connected to the bedroom. -A bathroom with a bathtub - Four separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Auray 14 km (22 min by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are allowed in the accommodation Autonomous arrival mandatory: Access to accommodation is from 5:00 pm. Keys are to be collected from a key box on site. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist super individuell, aber für uns hat es gepasst.
Austernrestaurant und toller Bäcker in 10 bzw. 20' zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schwimmstrand in 5' vorm Haus. Tennisplatz hinterm Haus - so kann eine Basis für einen entspannten Urlaub aussehen.
