Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 55 m² flat with sea view, in Locmariaquer, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, an unenclosed mezzanine, a bathroom (with bath) and a balcony. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with dining area and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Unenclosed mezzanine with two single beds
- A bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A sea-view balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Locmariaquer, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private parking space.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray station 14 km away (21 min by car)

Situation, vue, calme
Manque de confort dans l'appartement : canapé usé très inconfortable, éclairage salle de bain, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de TV, grande baie difficile à ouvrir et fermer, escalier non nettoyé.
