Just outside Freiburg im Breisgau, at the crossroads of Germany, France, and Switzerland, you’ll find this charmingly furnished 42 sqm apartment in the basement of a house in March, district Buchheim.
The apartment is ideal for up to 2 guests (2 adults or 1 adult & 1 teenager aged 12+). Perfect for short stays, trade fair visits, holidays, or relaxing getaways.
The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from the A5 and features an entry hall, bathroom, bedroom, open-plan kitchen/living area, and a small outdoor seating area.
March-Buchheim offers excellent infrastructure: nearby you’ll find Sauna Haus Wellness Pur, EDEKA, Netto, and in the village center (a short walk away), post office, butcher, pharmacy, and Bäckerei Heizmann.
Europa-Park Rust can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. Basel (Switzerland) is about 60 km away, Strasbourg (France) around 80 km, and Colmar (France) about 50 km. Freiburg is 10–15 minutes by car or you can take the tram from the Park & Ride Moosweiher (Freiburg Landwasser) directly to Bertholdsbrunnen (city center)—the perfect starting point for shopping or visiting the Freiburg Minster and old town.
Ski resorts are accessible via Hinterzarten (30 minutes), as well as Schauinsland and Feldberg (about 45 minutes). Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und angenehm kühl trotz der warmen Temperaturen draußen. Es gab alles was man braucht, von Küche über Handtücher bis zu Kaffee und Duschgel.
