This villa is a charming retreat on the seashore in Torre Rinalda, Lecce.
Set on the first floor with 2 comfortable bedrooms, the villa perfectly accommodates up to 4 guests.
Upon entering, an open-plan living area welcomes you with a Smart TV, a cosy sofa, and a dining table, creating a warm and inviting relaxing space. The living area flows seamlessly into a modern, well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, fridge/freezer and a toaster.
With additional bar chairs for casual dining, the kitchen is designed for functionality and style, making Villa Na' Lu' an ideal home by the sea. The indoor dining is perfectly set up along the kitchen.
The door opens from the dining area onto the terrace where guests can enjoy their meals with wonderful sea views. Sleeping Bedroom 1: This comfortable bedroom has a double bed, a TV and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: A bright bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom Bathroom 1: This bathroom has a shower, a bidet and a WC. Bathroom 2: A modern bathroom equipped with a shower, a bidet and a WC - this bathroom is located outside the apartment on the ground floor in the laundry room Additional • WiFi • Pets Allowed on Request • Washing Machine • Air Conditioner • BBQ • Smoking not Allowed • 10 Steps (External) - Free public parking Note: For bigger groups, guests can book ID 11789. Les photos sur l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la realite meme si l'appartement est tres bien. Tres belle terrasse. Par contre il faudrait ajouter des ustensiles de cuisine (poeles, bols,egoutoir,ustensiles pour servir). Il faudrait aussi preciser qu'une des 2 salles de bain est situee à l'exterieur de l'appartement dans la cour.
