Structured on two floors, it consists of a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, there is a spacious loft double bedroom.
Air conditioning is available in the living area.
Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor of the building and are shared among residents.
Access to the apartment is via three wide and gently sloping flights of stairs. The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), vehicle traffic is closed from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Important Notes: Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional fee of Euro 40.00. Check-out: by 9:00 AM. Linen: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen.
Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 40 for a double bed, to be paid on-site, and must be requested at least 7 days before the arrival date. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
