The studio is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and a single bed ON REQUEST, ideal for both couples and small families.
For your entertainment, you'll find a state-of-the-art LCD TV. Additionally, comfort is guaranteed thanks to the air conditioning, perfect for hot summer days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern induction stove, allowing you to prepare delicious meals independently.
The bathroom, also renovated, features an elegant shower box. One of the highlights of this studio is the equipped outdoor space, where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of Marciana Marina.
For those arriving by car, there is a private parking space available, eliminating any parking worries.
The location is truly ideal: in just 800 meters on foot, you can reach the center and the beautiful beach on the seafront.
This means you can leave your car at home and enjoy pleasant walks to explore everything Marciana Marina has to offer. Important Notes: Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out: by 9:00 AM Pets are not allowed. Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments.
It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio. Pets: not allowed. Smoking: smoking is prohibited inside the property.
