- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave-grill, kettle, toaster, hob (electric) dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, crockery and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: Queen Size double beds (160x200);
- Two bathrooms with shower, and separate WC;
- The accommodation has air conditioning;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Community heated swimming pool;
- Free private outdoor parking;
- Possibility to borrow board games and iron from reception.

- 450 metres from sandy beaches;
- 1 kilometre from shops and restaurants;
- 1 kilometre from the supermarket;
Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra;
