The location is ideal: - Bus and train connections are reachable within a few minutes - A restaurant with good cuisine is located directly in the district - Shopping facilities are about 1 km away and easily accessible on foot Transport connections: Bus and train can be reached within minutes.

Via the Fürth–Weinheim railway line, you can quickly get to Weinheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt or Frankfurt.
