A secret retreat in the shadow of the Anaga Massif and on the shores of the Atlantic. This accommodation is a 'corner in paradise' located facing the horizon, with an impressive panoramic view of the coast. A haven of calm, untamed and wild, for those who want to get lost somewhere between the rich green of the mountains and the eternal blue of the sea. It is a unique place that offers a different experience in the midst of a paradisiacal natural environment full of possibilities for the traveler.
It is a single-family house with three floors, located on the very shore of the ocean, a couple of meters above the sea, in front of the natural pools and the Tachero beach. The house is completely renovated and the interior space is very open, bright and comfortable. The main room occupies the entire first floor and houses the living room, with an open and fully equipped integrated kitchen. On the second floor are the bedrooms and the bathroom, the main room has a double bed and TV, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with two beds in height. Both from the main room and from the bedroom, you can enjoy the wonderful views with the sea as a backdrop.Another of the main attractions is the large terrace-solarium on the third floor, an outdoor space with a magical atmosphere, where guests will feel like they are immersed in nature and can enjoy the climate, the fresh air, the sun, the impressive views of the coast.
The accommodation is located in the Taganana area, but in a remote hamlet by the sea, even unknown to many locals. It is accessed through a road that goes down the hill of the Macizo de Anaga to the shore of the beach. Several hiking trails start from the farmhouse that get lost in nature along the coast and up the mountains, for those seeking adventure. In addition, in front of the house and along the coast, there are numerous practically private bathing areas, such as puddles that are created with the tides and a virgin sandy or pebble beach, also depending on the tides and the time of year. The location in this virgin and secluded area is the magic of this Oasis. Very few know it. Using the car you can also reach the best hiking trails on the island that start from other points of the Anaga Massif, one of the last redoubts of Laurissilva in the world. The Laurissilva is a type of exuberant and prehistoric vegetation that is only preserved on some islands of Macaronesia (Canary Islands and Azores). A few kilometers away by car we also find some of the best beaches on the island, those preferred by the locals and with exotic black sand: Roque de las Bodegas, Almáciga and Benijo. There are several restaurants in the area where you can taste the most traditional dishes and the best fresh fish. In the town of Taganana there is a store where you can get practically everything.
The recommended way to get to the accommodation is by car. Being in a protected area in the middle of nature and in the middle of hiking trails, the farmhouse is accessed through a narrow dirt road that descends from the town of Taganana to the sea, so it is recommended to arrive at the accommodation while still there is daylight.

Sonnenuntergang direkt von der terasse und dem bett aus, extrem ruhige lage man hört nur die wellen- haben sogar einmal einen wal beobachtet- vom zimmer aus, man ist abseits vom tourismus, im haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht
Wir lieben plätze die abseits vom trubel sind- aber man sollte wissen das eine steile und kurvige strasse zum haus führt- dort ist man so gut wie alleine - von allen zimmern/räumen aus geniesst man eine tolle aussicht

Die Lage
Das Haus war wohl längere Zeit nicht benutzt.
Kein Kontakt zum Vermieter, in 3 Wochen kein Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche.
Keine Ablage im sehr kleinen Bad. Nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt.
Keine Auflagen für die durchgelegenen Liegen auf der Terrasse. Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bei ca. 140 Euro die Nacht.
