Privileged location in the center, very close to El Médano beach and the main square. Brand new accommodation, completely renovated, furnished, decorated and equipped with the comfort and needs of guests in mind. With a fresh, marine-inspired style, it seeks to convey the lifestyle that is breathed in this coastal area. The apartment is spacious, open-plan, very practical and comfortable, where care has been taken down to the smallest detail to delight our guests.
El Médano is one of the preferred and demanded destinations on the island, the accommodation is located in the best area of the town, right in the center of town a few meters from the main square and the beach of El Médano. Around there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes and terraces. Despite being in the heart of El Medano, it has the advantage of being on a very quiet street that crosses two of the main streets. It should be noted that El Médano is the favorite destination for those passionate about water sports due to the facilities it offers to tourists with its beaches and bathing areas, its waters, the climate and the numerous schools and establishments for surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, etc.
The accommodation is very easily accessible by car from the highway and the main entrance road to Médano. It has a private garage for guests, which is priceless especially in high season. Its situation is unbeatable to move on foot to all parts of the town.

De ligging ten opzichte van het strand en de stad is erg goed. Supermarkt om de hoek. Indeling van het appartement en voorzieningen zijn prima in orde.
De aanmelding was op afstand: niemand gezien. En hoezo uitzicht op zee? Daarvoor moeten eerst een paar huizenblokken worden afgebroken :-) Straat is vrij lawaaiig vanwege verkeer en overkomende vliegtuigen, maar dat hoort erbij. Gelukkig liggen slaapkamers aan de achterkant. Het parkeren in de garage vereist stuurmanskunst.

Apartamento bien ubicado y tranquilo, a dos calles de la playa, nos sorprendió lo nuevo que está todo, se nota que está reformado recientemente. Terraza grande para disfrutar y bastante espacioso en general. las camas comodísimas. Apartamento impecable.
