Beyond visits to its shops, with sumptuous vintage items or avant-garde fashion clothes, it is very comforting to know the churches, mansions and historic buildings of this ancient and dazzling city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.​​ It was the first city Colonial without walls that preserves its original layout from the 15th century practically intact, which served as a model for many colonial cities in America. Its streets, marked by an attractive commercial, gastronomic and leisure activity, are full of monuments and historical buildings.

Being in the heart of the city, it is in a strategic place to walk through the entire historic center and even walk around the city very easily. Traveling by public transport is incredibly comfortable as there are bus and taxi stops a few meters from the accommodation. It is also a few minutes from the tram stop that connects with Santa Cruz if you prefer to opt for this comfortable option to get around. Access by car is also very comfortable, easy and fast. Parking on the street at peak hours becomes somewhat more complicated, but in the surroundings of the accommodation there are several private parking lots. A few minutes away there is a large free car park located in the old bus station where there are never any problems parking.
