Located in the historic center of the village, in the area where fishermen and winemakers once lived, this house even served as the Costa Rican Embassy during the Spanish Civil War when Caldetas was declared a conflict-free zone.

Located in the picturesque and peaceful coastal village of Caldes d’Estrac, just 35 km north of Barcelona, this villa invites you to enjoy an unforgettable Mediterranean vacation. Only a 5-minute walk from the crystal-clear waters of Caldetas’ beaches, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
This charming town is a destination rich in history and culture. Known for its relaxed atmosphere and thermal baths, Caldes d’Estrac has always been the preferred summer retreat for the Catalan bourgeoisie. With its narrow streets, cozy cafes, and seafood and Catalan restaurants, this town invites you to explore and enjoy every corner. - Flexible Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
- Advance Payment: Full payment at any time. Bank transfer, refund within 14 days.
- Check-in: 16:00 to 21:00, Check-out: until 10:00. Key Collection: A staff member will receive the guest at the property.
- Mandatory phone number. Minimum age: 28 years, no maximum limit.
- Low Season Heating Supplement (October 15 to April 15): 300 euros per week.
- Tourist Tax: 1 euro per adult per day for the first 7 days.
- Late Check-in: Starting at 20:00. Late Check-in: Starting at 24:00: +70 euros.
- Cleaning Costs: Stays of up to one week: Final cleaning, 300 euros. Three-Week Stays: Two intermediate cleanings, 100 euros each; Final cleaning at the end of the third week, 360 euros. One-Month Stays: Three intermediate cleanings, 120 euros each; Final cleaning at the end of the month, 360 euros.
- Security Deposit: 1500 euros for possible damages (cash). Refund via bank transfer within 8-14 days after check-out.

Villa Can Boada nous avons eu un très bon séjour. La plage est a 5/8 minutes à pieds. Trés belles plages.La Villa est agréable, modernisée et avec un grand charme.La Village de Caldes d'Estre est trés sympa.Nous recommandons Villa Can Bodas.Bon service et bon entretien de la villa.

Enjoyed our lovely vacation in a really great refurbished/renovated and decorated house. Very quiet, but central, close/walking distance to the beach. Fully equipped, we did not miss anything, spacious rooms, pool nice to get a quick refreshment. Hosts easy and always reachable. We would come back and can highly recommend the wonderful house.
