From the first floor, going down some stairs we reach a private patio.
Outside we find a kitchen with a barbecue, a large terrace with a swimming pool with a bubble area, surrounded by grass and sun loungers.
It shares the same access to the property with two other houses that are on the same plot, but the pool is private for the exclusive use of the clients of this house.
It has private parking.
A short drive separates this accommodation from the picturesque town of Villanueva de la Concepción, where you can find pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets.

Superbe expérience, j'ai passé de merveilleuses vacances. J'avais besoin de calme et de tranquillité, et je l'ai trouvé là-bas, entouré de Mère Nature.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, wunderschön restaurierten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa. Wir wurden von Antonio, dem freundlichen Besitzer, begrüßt, der immer bereit war, uns Adressen oder gute Informationen zu geben. Die Villa liegt ruhig im hübschen kleinen Dorf Villanueva. Wir haben das Schwimmbad genutzt. Die Aussicht ist großartig. Sehr schöner Urlaub.

Dieses Haus war eine gute Wahl, weil wir eine ruhige und private Umgebung mögen. Es ist komplett ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Grill auf der Außenterrasse und einen eingebauten Grill. Und vor allem dieser wunderschöne private Pool für uns allein. Wir genossen auch die herrliche Aussicht auf den Torcal. Für Freunde und Bekannte können wir es wärmstens empfehlen!
